OCTUS ENERGY ANNOUNCES ADVISORY GROUP
COMPOSED OF LEADING RENEWABLE ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND FINANCIAL PROFESSIONALS
Davis, California (April 2, 2009) -- Octus
Energy (OTCBB: OCTI.OB) today announced the formation of
its Advisory Group, composed of leading professionals in
the renewable energy, energy efficiency, and financial services
industries.

cooling technologies, and founding president of Davis Energy
Group.
Harry Laswell, Managing
Director and Co-founder, American River Ventures,
a venture capital firm that invests in energy efficiency,
energy intelligence and advanced materials companies, and
a former Managing Director at Intel Capital.
Curtis M. Rocca III,
Managing Partner, DCA Partners, an investment banking and
private equity firm, and former President, CEO and Chairman
of Bio–Dental Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: BDTC).
Michael Siminovitch, Ph.D.,
Director, California Lighting Technology Center, a world-renown
leader in the commercialization of innovative, energy-efficient
lighting solutions.
Gary Simon, President
and CEO, Acumentrics Corporation, a leading developer of

and former Senior VP of Corporate Strategy and Business Development
at Northeast Utilities.
David Springer,
Principal, Davis Energy Group, one of the nation’s

and CEO, McWong Environmental and Energy Group, a developer
