Octus’ RebateWorks program seeks to maximize the value of energy and water efficiency rebates for customers, and improve the impact these programs have for utilities and the communities they serve. Our RebateWorks offerings fall into three main categories:

1. Services – A turnkey service for multi-family and institutional property owners and managers that aids them in capturing utility rebates and incentives for energy- and water-efficient building improvements.
2. Products – Octus has partnered with manufacturers of some of the leading energy- and water-efficiency products available today to offer efficient products at amazing prices. In combination with utility rebates, many products can even be provided free of charge to contractors, property owners/managers, and others.
3. Programs – We draw on 35+ years of experience working alongside of utility companies to assist in creating, marketing and administering rebate programs that have maximal impact on GHG and water reduction goals.
